As the driving force behind NFG, Bradley brings with him over a decade of experience leading product development, technical architecture, venture capital, blockchain business development and strategic acquisitions. Co-Founder of the largest network of Special Economic Zones and SEZ investors, Bradley has developed numerous products for both governments and blockchain companies including core banking systems, digital identity, settlement security, and property registration NFTs. With a background as a combat veteran and former Team Leader for the United States Army, financial analyst and entrepreneur, Bradley’s skills have guided the creation of successful crypto and tech companies by promoting effectiveness through proper design and implementation.
Chief Operating Officer
Mike has over two decades of experience working with traditional capital market operations and building unique trading platforms and financial products. He led operations teams and trading desks for GFI, Tradition America, TPICAP, and fintech startup GetLoci, designed and implemented robust online trading platforms, created new business development strategies for bespoke asset trading, while creating new revenue streams and additional institutional client coverage. Mike has been responsible for team structure, business growth strategy and global operational optimization. He has a deep understanding of operational efficiency and the knowledge to maximize the use of blockchain technology for digital transformation and growth.
Chief Financial Officer
Claudia is the former Head of Financial Digital Transformation for Latin America and CFO for the Andean Region at Citi, with more than two decades of experience in all aspects of accounting, auditing and financial management. She has led finance and business transformations in several key markets globally. Trained as an industrial engineer, Claudia brings a unique perspective to her role with proficiency in banking, financial planning and analysis, forecasting and budget planning, financial and operational risk management, as well as balance sheet reconciliation in complex banking vehicles and structures.
Chief Technology Officer
Michael has a decade of experience as a full-stack developer and tech lead. He has previously worked for NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory to design and develop data science visualization, and has created technology for the world’s largest Special Economic Zone network and investment dashboard. Skilled in systems architecture, data security, and UI/UX, he has also designed and developed a microservices compliance dashboard and decentralized identity for the banking industry, as well as the first prototype of a Digital Special Economic Zone and accompanying business registry software.
Chief Compliance Officer
Marie-Noel enjoys over 15 years of experience in the banking and financial industry, specializing in BSA/AML compliance, financial crimes and technology. She has managed regulatory compliance engagements related to financial crimes, identifying areas of fraud/AML risk and implementing solutions that improve and strengthen organizational internal controls. Marie-Noel is the former Global AML Compliance Program Manager at Citi, Head of AML Compliance Governance at Industrial and Commercial Bank of China. She is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and serves as an advisor to several fintech startups.
Chief Legal Officer
Greg has extensive experience in developing banking frameworks, policies, and procedures for sovereign entities and has served as legal counsel for both governments and major businesses. Greg has received the first Ph.D. ever awarded in the 100+ year history of the University of Washington’s Jackson School of International Studies for his research on Native American political economy. He is the author of Strategies and Methods for Tribal Economic Development: Creating Sustainable Prosperity in Native American Communities and a former officer in the US Army Corps of Engineers and Judge Advocate General’s Corps with the 2nd Armored Division, 4th Infantry Division, and 81st Infantry Brigade.
Head of Compliance Systems
Ed has over a decade of experience working in compliance and product roles and was a manager at Ernst & Young's Fraud Investigation & Dispute Services before becoming the board-appointed BSA/AML & Sanctions Officer of Paxos. He led and scaled the global compliance function at Paxos by automating over 80% of risk and compliance processes. He was also heavily involved in product from a compliance perspective at Paxos through conception, launch and maturing iterations by deploying new products including a US regulated stablecoin (USDP), stablecoins-as-a-service (BUSD), on-chain securities and commodities settlement, the world’s first regulated gold-backed stablecoin (PAXG), crypto brokerage services, and has expanded the native crypto exchange (itBit) token listings by 400%. Ed has built and designed financial crimes compliance programs for numerous fintech and banking institutions, including coverage of blockchain technologies and digital/virtual assets and is a Certified Fraud Examiner and Anti-Money Laundering Specialist.

Brad's experience spans almost two decades as a technology advisor, art director, brand and product designer, small business founder and political strategist. He started his career by optimizing a multi-carrier consolidated billing software and marketing materials at AIS Insurance before transitioning to entrepreneur, where he created brands and developed new products with the world’s top performing and inventor magicians, built an eco-friendly food service packaging company, and led strategy and messaging for multiple federal election campaigns. With a lifelong passion for technology and investing, Brad utilizes a diverse skill set to design and communicate NFG's vision for the future of finance.
